Website terms, service policies, and privacy information

LAST UPDATED

Welcome to Everbrook. These terms explain the conditions for using this website and our document preparation and administrative support services. By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. A separate signed service agreement may provide additional terms for specific services.
01

What our services include

Everbrook provides debt settlement document preparation and administrative support. Depending on the service requested, this may include helping organize information for a borrower prequalification program for potential debt consolidation loans and checking student loan information supplied for a debt consolidation review workflow. The exact work will be described before it begins.

02

No legal, tax, credit, or individualized financial advice

Our document preparation and administrative support are not legal, tax, credit repair, lending, or individualized financial advice. Use of this website or our services does not create an attorney–client relationship. Consult a licensed attorney or other qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.

03

Prequalification and student loan information review

A prequalification process is an initial review only; it is not a loan offer, a commitment to lend, or approval. A lender makes its own eligibility and underwriting decisions and sets any loan terms. Checking or organizing student loan information does not guarantee that the information will qualify for consolidation, that student debt will be included in a loan, or that any federal benefit or forgiveness program is available.

Everbrook does not promise access to government programs, loan forgiveness, or a particular lender decision. Review federal student loan options directly with your loan servicer or official government resources.

04

No promise of debt settlement or other outcome

We do not promise that a creditor or debt collector will accept a settlement proposal, reduce a balance, change payment terms, or respond within a particular timeframe. Preparing or organizing documents cannot guarantee a specific financial outcome. Debt settlement may have financial, credit, legal, and tax consequences; consider reviewing your options with a qualified professional.

05

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information, promptly correct any errors, review all prepared documents before use or submission, and decide whether and where to submit them. Everbrook is not responsible for decisions or outcomes based on information you provide that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

06

Service scope and third parties

Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, Everbrook’s document preparation service does not include negotiating with creditors, extending credit, making loans, or making underwriting decisions. Creditors, lenders, loan servicers, agencies, and other third parties operate independently and control their own requirements and decisions.

07

Fees and payment

Any fees and payment terms will be provided in writing before the applicable work begins. Fees for document preparation do not buy a particular settlement, loan, eligibility determination, or other result. Any fee for debt relief or related services will be charged only as permitted by applicable law and the service agreement.

08

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund terms will be stated in the applicable service agreement. To request cancellation or ask about a refund, email contact@everbrookservicing.com. Any refund will be handled under that agreement and applicable law.

09

You may not use this website or our services for unlawful or fraudulent activity, submit false or misleading information, misrepresent documents prepared by Everbrook, interfere with the website, or reproduce website content without authorization.

A link does not mean that Everbrook is affiliated with or endorsed by the third party.

15

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Everbrook is not responsible for third-party decisions, delays, or requirements; for results caused by information you provide; or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or document preparation services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited by law.
